Refund policy

We want you to love your Culture gear. Because most items are made to order just for you, please review our return and exchange terms below before purchasing.

Return window

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Size exchanges — free

Ordered the wrong size? We'll exchange it for a different size at no extra cost to you (you're responsible for return shipping). We recommend checking our [Size Guide] before ordering to avoid this altogether.

Refunds

Refunds to your original payment method are available within the 14-day window.

Because many items are made to order, a 15% restocking fee applies to refunds (this does not apply to size exchanges, which are free). Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving your return.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered,

contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@forthecultureclothing.com with a photo of the item — we'll send a free replacement or full refund, no restocking fee, no return shipping cost to you.

How to start a return or exchange

Email orders@forthecultureclothing.com with your order number and whether you'd like a refund or size exchange. We'll send you a prepaid or reply with instructions within 1 business day.

Non-returnable items

Final sale items, gift cards, and custom/personalized pieces made specifically for you cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective on arrival.
