Isaiah Moore, a senior majoring in Communications with a minor in Coaching Education at NC State University. He graduated this past May. His time in Raleigh has consisted of numerous leadership and charitable opportunities. Coming from Chester, Virginia, he was blessed to earn a full athletic scholarship to play football at NC State. After a redshirt year, he earned the starting nod at middle linebacker for the Wolfpack as a freshman with the responsibility of calling the defensive plays. He has held this position proudly for the past 3 years and will hold it again this coming fall.
This past year, he served as the unquestioned vocal leader of his team which led to him being voted team captain by his coaches and teammates. Coach Doeren (Head Football Coach) also gifted him with the coveted #1 jersey. ”Since 2014, NC State head coach Dave Doeren has recognized a member of the Wolfpack football team for his work ethic, character, leadership and accomplishments by awarding them the No. 1 jersey...Isaiah has led our team both athletically and socially," said Doeren. "He is a great person, player and teammate. He has overcome many obstacles and continues to shine in the face of adversity as a leader who brings strength to the Pack.”
We welcome Isaiah to the For The Culture Athletics team.
